Young Song provides over 20 years of extensive Construction Management experience with vertical and horizontal structures regardless of size or complexity, including other Program Management, Construction Management, Project Management, Supplier Management, DBE & MWBE Goals & Utilization and  help form alliances and partnerships among minority firms and prime contractors.  Our firm is currently serving as the Project and Construction Manager for multiple projects in Washington State. Young Song graduated from University of WA  and was raised by Korean parents who owned their business. Young at a very young age was instilled by his parents and siblings with great customer service, kindness, family, loyalty and most importantly work ethics.
